1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and tc777l ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the tc777l website located at tc777l.cam and all associated services, features and content (collectively, the "Service").

By registering an account, accessing the platform or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the tc777l platform and close your account if one has been registered.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the personal account registered by a User on the tc777l platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a User's Account, displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• "Bet" / "Wager" means any real-money stake placed on a sporting event, casino game or other market offered on the platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets or matched deposit amounts credited to an Account subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age-verification process required before withdrawals or account upgrades are processed.
• "Operator" means the licensed entity that operates the tc777l platform under an applicable international gaming licence.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the currency in which all balances and transactions are displayed on this platform.
• "Platform" means the tc777l website, mobile site and any associated application through which the Service is accessed.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory in which use of the Service is unlawful, restricted or requires a local licence not held by the Operator.

3 Account Eligibility

3.3 Legal Capacity

By registering, you confirm that you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, that you are not acting on behalf of a third party, and that you are not a professionally registered gambler or insider in relation to any event on which you place a wager.

4 Registration & KYC

4.1 Account Registration

To access real-money features of the tc777l platform you must complete the registration process, providing accurate, current and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and a valid email address. You agree to keep this information up to date.

4.2 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered Account on tc777l. Duplicate accounts, accounts held jointly with another person, and accounts opened using false or borrowed identities are strictly prohibited. tc777l reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void associated bets and forfeit any balances held within them.

4.3 KYC Verification

Before processing withdrawals or upgrading account limits, tc777l requires KYC verification. You may be asked to provide:

• A government-issued photo identity document (e.g., CNIC, passport or driving licence)
• Proof of residential address (e.g., a utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days)
• Proof of payment method ownership where applicable

Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension. tc777l processes KYC documents in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

4.4 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. tc777l will never ask for your password via email, live chat or any other channel. Notify our support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

5 Terms of Use

5.1 Permitted Use

You may access and use the tc777l Service solely for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. The Service must not be used for any unlawful purpose or in any manner that could damage, disable or impair the platform or interfere with any other user's enjoyment of it.

5.2 Accurate Information

All information you provide to tc777l — during registration, KYC, support interactions or otherwise — must be truthful, accurate and current. Submitting false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate account termination.

5.3 Technical Access

You are responsible for ensuring that your device and internet connection meet the minimum requirements to access the Service. tc777l does not guarantee uninterrupted availability and accepts no liability for service disruptions outside its reasonable control, including network outages, government-directed filtering or device incompatibility.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 Placement of Bets

All bets placed on tc777l are final once confirmed. It is your responsibility to verify the details of each wager — including the event, market, stake amount and odds — before confirming. tc777l will not reverse a confirmed bet except in circumstances outlined in Section 6.3 or where a manifest error has occurred.

6.2 Odds & Markets

Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. tc777l offers markets across Pakistan cricket, PSL fixtures, ICC tournaments, international football, UFC and other sports and casino products. Market availability, odds format (decimal, fractional or moneyline) and minimum/maximum stake limits are displayed within the platform at the time of bet placement.

6.3 Void Bets & Manifest Errors

tc777l reserves the right to void any bet that was placed or accepted due to a manifest pricing error, system fault or data feed error. Where a bet is voided, the stake is returned to your Account Balance. tc777l's decision on manifest errors is final and binding.

6.4 In-Play Betting

Live in-play markets are subject to rapid odds movements. tc777l may suspend in-play markets at any time without notice, particularly during critical match moments such as wickets, goals or official stoppages. Bets accepted during a suspension period may be voided at tc777l's discretion.

6.5 Minimum & Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and are displayed in PKR at the point of bet placement. tc777l reserves the right to apply individual account stake restrictions where betting patterns are identified as inconsistent with recreational use.

7 Deposits & Withdrawals

7.1 Deposits

All deposits to tc777l are denominated in PKR. Payment method availability is determined by the Operator and is subject to change. References to familiar Pakistani payment methods — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are provided for contextual familiarity only. None of these providers endorse, sponsor or are affiliated with tc777l or the Operator.

7.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method verified in your name and used for a prior deposit, or to a method confirmed through the KYC process. Withdrawal requests are subject to processing times which vary by method. tc777l reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before approving any withdrawal.

7.3 Minimum Withdrawal

Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed within your Account dashboard in PKR at the time of request. Withdrawals below the stated minimum will not be processed.

7.4 No Third-Party Payments

Deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. tc777l will not process payments to or from third-party accounts. Any such attempt is grounds for Account suspension and investigation.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

8.1 General

tc777l may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions or other incentives to registered users. All such promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements published at the time of the offer. General Terms and Conditions of the platform apply in addition to any promotion-specific terms.

8.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real funds. Wagering requirements, eligible markets, time limits and minimum odds conditions are stated in each promotion's specific terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated timeframe will result in forfeiture of the bonus funds.

8.3 Abuse of Promotions

tc777l reserves the right to withdraw, cancel or modify any bonus and to suspend or close any Account where it determines that a User is abusing promotional offers, including through the use of multiple accounts, matched betting with accounts held in other names, or systematic exploitation of promotional terms.

9 Responsible Gambling

tc777l is committed to promoting responsible gambling for all users. The following tools are available to every registered Account holder via account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit amounts in PKR.
• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you can lose over a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Restrict the duration of each play session.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend access to your Account for a chosen period.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a longer-term or permanent exclusion from the platform.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tc777l platform. Any breach may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and further action:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering an Account in a false name or on behalf of another person
• Using automated scripts, bots, software or other tools to place bets or interact with the platform
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, pricing errors or latency advantages
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing or any corrupt activity relating to sports events
• Colluding with other users to manipulate game or bet outcomes
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud or any other criminal purpose
• Attempting to circumvent self-exclusion or account closure measures
• Accessing the Service from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN or other circumvention tool
• Sharing account access or login credentials with any third party
• Harassing, threatening or abusing tc777l staff or other users

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the tc777l platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, data compilations and the overall design and layout — is the property of tc777l or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the tc777l platform without prior written permission.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tc777l and the Operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue or anticipated savings
• Losses arising from betting decisions made based on platform content
• Service interruptions, downtime or technical failures
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure
• Actions taken by third-party payment processors

Where liability cannot be fully excluded by law, tc777l's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single event or series of connected events shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13 Suspension & Termination

13.1 By tc777l

tc777l reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it determines that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or prohibited conduct, or that continued access poses a risk to the platform, other users or the Operator's compliance obligations.

13.2 By the User

You may close your Account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any verified real-money balance remaining after settlement of open bets will be returned via your KYC-confirmed payment method, subject to applicable withdrawal limits and processing times.

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your licence to use the platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 2, 10, 11, 12 and 14 — shall remain in full force.

14 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the platform's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to the competent courts or arbitration body of that jurisdiction.

This clause does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights you may hold under the laws of your country of residence. Users in Pakistan should be aware that Pakistani courts may take a different approach to cross-border online gambling disputes. Independent legal advice is recommended for any formal dispute.

15 Amendments

tc777l reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, users will be notified via a prominent notice on the platform or by email to the address registered on their Account. Continued use of the Service following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

If you disagree with any amendment to these Terms, you must cease using the Service and may close your Account in accordance with Section 13.2. The date at the top of this page reflects the last review date of these Terms.
